Powder

The perfect way to add fresh onion flavor to coatings and breadings or as a topical flavoring to sprinkle on crackers, chips and other snack foods.

Granulated

The consistency of table salt, granulated onion is ideal to use in broths, marinades, dressings and sauces where you aren’t looking for noticeable piece identity.

Minced

Gives dishes a slight texture with smaller chopped pieces. Our dried, minced onions rehydrate quickly, making it an excellent ingredient in sauces, vinaigrettes and marinades.

Chopped

Great for any savory application that calls for noticeable piece identity. From rich broths to creamy soups and long simmering stews, as well as vegetable dishes and marinades.

Diced

Our diced onions work well in place of fresh in dips and condiments, where you want to see pieces of onion, but also want the product to ﬂow smoothly.

Sliced

These large easily-identiﬁable pieces look like fresh onion slices when rehydrated. Great when used in place of fresh onions as toppings for pizzas and sandwiches.

Chocolate has long been synonymous with Valentine’s Day, with sweet treats a classic way to celebrate the season of love.

But Valentine’s Day is evolving, with Gen Z and Millennials redefining traditions. Many consumers are choosing to celebrate this day with friends and family members, as well as significant others. In 2023, 40% of Gen Z and 20% of Millennials said they were planning to buy their friends a Valentine’s gift.^[1] And what better way to do so than with cocoa?

As consumers change the way they celebrate Valentine’s Day – and who they celebrate with – there is an opportunity for manufacturers to develop new products. From introducing more exotic flavors in confectionery to creating more experiential formats and expanding into new categories, we’re seeing companies inventing new ways for consumers to celebrate the season of love with those who matter most to them.
